Alien launched in 2010 with 27 athletes and a very simple format.  Athletes received a pdf with the training plan, had a Saturday group workout, and trained for a local sprint race.  Today, athletes have access to a variety of technology, detailed and comprehensive training plans, and a wealth of experience from their coaches.  Our athletes race all over the world primarily racing 70.3 and IRONMAN distance events.

Heading into its 14th year, Alien Racing has become one of the largest and most active clubs in Miami and also has remote athletes all over the country.  Dan Empfield, founder of Slowtwitch, Quintana Roo, and President of Triathlon Business International said “I think Alien represents what seems to me to be a club at its best:  where the members have a lot of social and training interaction.  The club members are actively rubbing shoulders with each other.  I think it’s a great model for coaches in other parts of the U.S., and around the world.”

Alien Commander and Head Coach Andy Clark has multiple certifications and degrees in the multisport and fitness industry.  Over the years, he has guided hundreds of athletes across the 70.3 and IRONMAN finish line with many podium and world championship performances.  Whether you are a first timer at the distance or wanting to race Kona, we can help!
